Rules and Terms of Sale

Our shop is liable only for liabilities in written form. The contract between the customer and the online shop is valid only after the agreement of the business conditions by the customer. The customer automatically accepts these conditions with the order.

Offer and Availability of the Goods

All products in the online-shop marked “IN STOCK”, can be sent immediately. If marked “NOT AVAILABLE”, you cannot buy the goods. If a product is not available for other reasons, we will inform you immediately.

Description of the Goods

The online shop indicates that the delivered goods can differ slightly in appearance from the illustrated examples in the online shop.

Prices and Terms of Payment

All prices are including VAT. Payment is by cash on delivery.

Transport Costs

The online shop offers a free delivery for all products. If another type of delivery is desired, the corresponding price will be added to the final invoice.

Delivery Terms

The delivery period begins with the order. If unforeseeable circumstances arise, the customer will be notified immediately. The shop is not liable for the extension of the delivery period, which can be caused by the forwarder. The freight forwarder is liable for damage caused during transport.

Cancellation of Orders

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days after the order, without giving reasons.

Goods Return

Return of goods is only possible if the original condition is undamaged or if the goods were damaged upon delivery. In the event of damage by the customer, the customer loses his / her right of return.

Liability

The information given on our products does not in any case replace a consultation with a doctor or a medical examination. It is important to discuss your health problems with a doctor before taking our products. The information given on the products should in no case be used for infectious diseases.

Protection of Personal Data

Name or private information will never be passed on to third parties and will only be used for the delivery and payment of the goods ordered.
